My family and arrived today 10/30 around 7:00 pm. We walked in and the floor had trash everywhere. We then proceeded to place our order and people were wrestling behind the counter. One associate had his headphones in and was listening to music. We finally got our order and sat down, none of the tables were clean. I literally picked up the cleaner and scrubbed the table myself. We emptied our tray into the trash can when we were done eating and the trash was literally over flowing. We will not be visiting this facility again.
Not the McDonald's I grew up on. They don't grill or cook food anymore, just nuke/ microwave. Unacceptable.
Can't I give a 0 star rating. Not even the staff was friendly or polite ( or at least professional ) to at least deserve a 1 star rating.
Not too busy, ordered & got my drink. My order was up in no time at all. Everything was hot! I hate cold french fries.
I arrived at this location on a Saturday night at approximately 12:40am because I knew they were open until 1am on weekends. Once I arrived I drove up to the order screen and sat in silence for 5 minutes. Once I got tired of waiting I pulled up to the second window and saw an employee who appeared to be leaving. I asked her "aren't you still open?" To which she shook her head no and proceeded to ignore me. This experience made the employees appear lazy and unwilling to service customers until their regular scheduled time.
Wow, what poor and slooooooooooooow service. 20+ minutes to get a 1/4 pounder and fries. Almost left without my food.
