The Ship without a Captian. No leader taking charge. No follow up and feedback with the customer. Others for the same price range have in home estimates. This place has you sign a 4 page contract with all the restrictiions and things they wont do for you. Very little thought to the things they should promise to do. They caused a dishwasher leak when they came to template and messed up my foors. When you call and ask simple questions they almost aways have to put you off and ask someone else. No one is empowered or fully knowledgeable. I rushed my decision to go with them. I should have gone someplace else. The counter tops were fine. The installers shimmed right where the small frame of my "lazy susan" was and made it rub and not work right. Overall if you want a rush job without anyone caring if your happy. This is the place.
